The top of the wall at about 45 feet starts sloping down like a stairway, hence its name Coral Stairway. No sand patches just a unique stairway-like wall. On the wall are found schools of barracuda, horse-eye jacks, Bermuda chubs, and hamlets. Sometimes, while diving, you will spot the occasional hawksbill turtle.
